Job summary

KeyBank in Colorado is seeking a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management to lead analytical underwriting and documentation for multimillion‑dollar corporate credits. You will own credit monitoring, risk rating, and cross‑sell bank products on a portfolio of high‑value clients.

As a senior member of the deal team, you will guide bankers and relationship managers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with KYC, OFAC, and Credit approvals while maintaining asset quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience (required)
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities (required)
• Experience in syndicated deals and left lead/administrative agent roles (required)
• Ability to structure covenants and negotiate credit agreements (required)
• Proven client relationship management and cross-sell capabilities (required)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze high-value client data and assess creditworthiness
• Model future client performance, including downside scenarios
• Lead deal structuring and provide guidance to deal teams
• Ensure KYC/OFAC compliance and proper documentation
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain risk ratings
