Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data for high value clients; spread financial statements and validate accuracy.
• Model future financial performance and downside scenarios for clients.
• Lead in structuring transactions with partners; act as a value-add advisor to clients.
• Perform enhanced leveraged cash flow due diligence.
• Prepare thorough underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, Patriot Act/OFAC and Beneficial Ownership.
