Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of investment banking experience from a bank, boutique or Big 4 M&A team.
• Deal experience in Tech or TMT preferred.
• Interest in tech, innovation and growth.
• As a VP, capable of leading a deal team.
• Outstanding academic track record.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions including leading deal execution and team management.
• Develop origination and business development skills.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
• Support senior bankers and contribute to the franchise development.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams (Munich, London, Stockholm, Oslo & New York).
