Citi is seeking a Program Senior Group Manager in Irving, TX to oversee multiple teams and guide cross-functional programs. You will drive strategic direction, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience.
• Experience as a Program/Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head managing teams and large cross-functional projects.
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
• Manages a functional area with broad understanding across multiple functions and underlying business principles.
• Identifies stakeholders and builds relationships with each stakeholder.
• Directs creation of multiple programs and aligns them to business goals.
• Leads cross-functional coordination and arbitration of macro-level topics with Senior Management.
• Leads issue resolution, including those outside established programs of work.
• Ensures program scope meets objectives; partners with Sponsor on business case/cost-benefit analysis.
• Drives adherence to processes, methods and standards for program delivery across the program.
• Negotiates resources with other departments to complete the program on time.
• Communicates status, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Identifies risks impacting delivery and develops mitigation strategies.
• Manages and coaches a team, evaluating performance and recommending pay/promotion.
• Assesses risk and ensures compliance with laws and regulations; upholds ethics and accountability.
