Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Program Senior Group Manager to lead multiple teams through other managers, driving strategic execution and the overall program or portfolio of work.

You will coordinate across functions, align programs with business goals, and report to senior management with status, risks, and mitigations. The role requires extensive program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience.
• Track record as a Program/Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head managing large cross-functional programs.
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
• Manages a functional area by applying a broad and comprehensive understanding in multiple functional areas.
• Directs the creation of multiple programs of work and manage their alignment to business goals.
• Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.
• Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
• Manages a team of employees and coach and evaluate performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotion etc.
