Job summary

Points of Light is seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Development to lead the Corporate Partnerships revenue engine. You will drive multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiatives, scale the sales and fundraising operation, and build a high-performing team in a remote-first US setting.

You will partner with senior leaders to align strategy with executable plans, own the revenue pipeline, and ensure disciplined moves across portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B sales/revenue leadership experience ideally selling services, solutions, memberships or other intangible offerings to large corporations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-stream revenue portfolios.
• Translate strategy into measurable revenue plans and scalable processes.
• Oversee forecasting and pipeline management across corporate partnerships.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching and development.
