Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The Senior Vice President, Retirement, Investment & Wealth Solutions Marketing will drive growth across multiple Ascensus businesses and contribute to enterprise results, reporting to the CMO and joining a senior Marketing, Analytics & UX team.

The role combines commercial leadership with client experience, leveraging analytics to optimize marketing impact, optimize ROI, and elevate savers' outcomes.

Qualifications

• Marketing leader with a strong analytics orientation.
• Deep retirement and investment knowledge across advisor, plan sponsor and participant audiences.
• Proven ability to drive client engagement and digital adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy with clear OKRs aligned to multi-year growth plans.
• Direct go-to-market programs, campaigns, and selling systems to expand pipeline and revenue.
• Strengthen brand differentiation through storytelling across sales, web, PR, social, and events.
• Own the corporate events strategy with targets for major events.
• Lead data-driven improvements to segmentation, campaign targeting, and personalization.
