• Proven ability to source and close residential land and lot deals.
• Experience with underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and feasibility.
• Experience with entitlements, zoning, permitting, and development processes.
• Established relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead land acquisition strategy and identify new development opportunities.
• Source and evaluate land and lot opportunities in the Knoxville market.
• Manage due diligence, underwriting, feasibility, and financial analysis.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and deal terms with landowners and brokers.
• Oversee acquisition, entitlement, and closing processes.
