Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead in Pittsburgh, PA to advance regulatory reporting automation and data-quality initiatives within Finance Regulatory Reporting. You will own data pipelines, ensure accuracy, and collaborate across data, technology, and regulatory reporting teams in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and QA/testing in a financial or data-intensive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across business, data, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance automated data pipelines and reporting processes supporting regulatory reports (FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, TIC, FR 009).
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and variance investigations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Translate regulatory requirements into data/system solutions with SMEs.
• Support development and enhancement of reporting logic in Axiom or similar platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen data quality, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and validate changes (QA/UAT).
