Based in Pittsburgh, Birmingham, or Cleveland, the role serves as SME on FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, and related accounting considerations, guiding governance and control processes. You will lead end-to-end regulatory change, collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business teams, and translate complex requirements for

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report) and related accounting considerations.
• Strong grasp of banking products, capital, and liquidity concepts.
• Ability to translate complex topics for varied audiences, from working teams to senior leadership.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach across multiple functions.
• Track record of navigating change and strengthening governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory reporting advisory support for new products, transactions, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Interpret regulatory reporting requirements and develop technical positions for accounting, capital, liquidity, and financial reporting matters.
• Monitor regulatory, accounting, and industry developments and assess their impact on reporting processes.
• Lead regulatory change implementation end to end, including stakeholder communication and readiness activities.
• Maintain regulatory reporting policies, governance standards, and interpretive guidance for consistent enterprise-wide application.
• Strengthen the regulatory reporting control environment in partnership with Risk, Compliance, and Audit, including examinations support.
