Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting & Accounting Lead (VP) to serve as a go-to expert for regulatory reporting requirements and related accounting considerations. You will influence policy direction, guide stakeholders, and strengthen governance across Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

The role supports Pittsburgh, Birmingham, or Cleveland locations, with in-office expectations. You’ll partner with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Audit teams to drive accurate submissions, respond to

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report and related accounting considerations.
• Strong grasp of banking products, capital, liquidity concepts.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory reporting advisory support for new products, transactions, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Interpret regulatory reporting requirements and develop technical positions for complex accounting, capital, liquidity, and financial reporting matters.
• Monitor regulatory, accounting, and industry developments and assess their impact on reporting processes and obligations.
• Lead regulatory change implementation end to end, including stakeholder communication and readiness activities.
• Maintain regulatory reporting policies, governance standards, and interpretive guidance for consistent application.
