Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions to drive strategy, opportunities, and growth across a $5B portfolio. You will build elite teams, guide major investment decisions, and lead acquisitions and dispositions across 50 properties nationwide.

You will influence executive decisions, develop strong broker relationships, and shape market strategies while delivering value through data-driven underwriting and disciplined leadership.

Qualifications

• Must lead with vision and set high standards for performance.
• Ability to connect, relate, and influence across the organization.
• Proven capability to identify opportunities, assess risk, and guide executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition process end-to-end, underwriting 300+ properties annually.
• Lead a 4–8 person team in a player-coach role to deliver results.
• Dispositions: recommend timing and strategy to maximize value, oversee marketing and broker selection.
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 properties across the US and forecast value and revenue growth.
