Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead and deliver mega rail transportation programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate will act as Owner’s Representative, Delivery Partner, and PMO, shaping program strategy and governance.

Applicant will oversee program controls, schedules, risks, quality, and environmental compliance, while mentoring staff, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction across public and private sector engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• MS Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• PE License in CA or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a Program Manager role on mega rail transportation programs.
• Develop and maintain Program Management Plan including controls, design management, risk and quality.
• Lead staff development, mentoring, training and professional growth.
