Aon plc is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the Reps & Warranties team within the Transaction Solutions group in New York, focusing on insurance placements for private equity and corporate clients involved in M&A.

You will collaborate with top brokers, analyze complex deal structures, and provide client-facing advisory services. A Bachelor's degree and strong finance, accounting, or analytics background are expected, with licensing within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Experience supporting risk and transaction solutions in M&A is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead junior brokers in deal execution from client intake to signing/closing.
• Support long-term projects and key initiatives within the team.
• Prepare analyses for client and carrier meetings and internal reviews.
• Develop trust with clients and carrier partners.
• Attain Broker's License within 90 days of employment.
