Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial property operations.
• Experience managing mixed-use and retail environments.
• Experience operating within institutional-quality platforms.
• Strong understanding of property-level financials and budgets.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across an assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with ownership objectives, third-party agreements, and brand standards.
• Lead and develop on-site leadership and centralized property management teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding and integration of newly acquired or third-party assets with owners and partners.
• Serve as a key operational point of contact for partners and prospective clients, supporting business development efforts.
• Report to senior leadership and collaborate with leasing, asset management, development, finance, and investments.
