MHW Search is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the expansion of a national retail portfolio from its new Dallas office. The role focuses on asset-level value creation, capital deployment, and close coordination with HQ to execute business plans and drive NOI in the Southeast/East markets.

The successful candidate will own property performance, supervise budgets, and report to ownership, with autonomy to operate across Texas and surrounding markets as the firm’s first retail

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of retail property management experience with asset-level responsibility.
• Strong ownership of property financial performance including budgeting and variance reporting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP, leasing, contracts and industry terminology.
• Ability to work independently in a satellite office with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the annual business plan for each assigned asset; measure results against underwriting and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to hold, sell, and refinance analysis including valuation support and market comparables.
• Monitor rollover exposure, tenant performance and co-tenancy risk; identify value-add opportunities with supporting analysis.
• Underwrite and track value-add capital projects and measure ROI.
• Support leasing and asset management with on-site coordination, deal economics, and tenant onboarding.
