Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead an Operational engagement within our Alternatives team in New York City. The role focuses on Private Markets Accounting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in the region.

You will guide product lifecycle from development to market, align teams on pricing and distribution strategies, and ensure regulatory and risk requirements are met while supporting staff development in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent; 10 years total work exp with 5+ in Alternatives Asset Servicing and/or Investment Management Operations
• Experience with Alternatives Investments or related financial services roles preferred
• Experience with Geneva and Investran core systems and vendor/outsource partners preferred
• Strong data management proficiency
• Experience in agile teams a preference

Responsibilities

• Influence internal Product teams supporting development of key products and services for Alternatives clients
• Assess and design solutions for private markets client requests; act as operations advocate for efficiency and risk
• Ensure Private Markets team stays ahead of regulatory and market changes
• Contribute input on product determination and long-term goals
• Support product lifecycle from development through marketing; bridge gaps in product portfolio
• Collaborate with leaders to implement pricing, distribution strategies and market positioning
• Coordinate with Relationships, Business Development, Operations and Marketing for sales support and RFPs
• Oversee compliance with Risk, Legal, and Regulatory guidelines
• Work with wider team to execute business strategies with focus on key results
• Assist recruitment and development of staff in the Alternatives product management and operations teams
