Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze all relevant financial data for high value clients or prospects, including spreading financial statements and third party verification when needed.
• Model future financial performance and downside scenarios for clients and prospects.
• Demonstrate leadership in structuring transactions in collaboration with business partners, bankers and relationship managers.
• Act as a value-add financial advisor to clients, contributing to deal teams and maintaining risk control.
• Perform enhanced leveraged cash flow due diligence when appropriate in specialized groups.
• Prepare comprehensive underwriting documents identifying risks, industry concerns and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including KYC and related checks, and monitor documentation accuracy.
