Job summary

Omnicom Public Relations is seeking a Senior Vice President, Director of Performance Measurement & Infrastructure to join Methods+Mastery. You will set multi-year vision, go-to-market strategy, and the roadmap for data, infrastructure, and AI capability suites across the agency.

You will lead an analytics team, develop governance, and build relationships with Fortune 50 stakeholders, driving enterprise measurement, AI adoption, and scalable, automated solutions for client intelligence needs.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience leading data infrastructure, marketing analytics, or data engineering in senior roles.
• Proven track record of growing a multi-million-dollar analytics practice and managing department P&Ls.
• Masters-level ability to synthesize AI, infrastructure, and pipelines into strategic imperatives for C-level executives.
• Deep familiarity with social listening infrastructure and modern data stack ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading multi-tier analytics and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive client leadership and growth strategies for Fortune 50 clients.
• Shape new IP, packaging, and pricing intelligence products; lead proposal strategies.
• Represent the agency as an industry authority on data architecture, AI governance, and trends.
• Direct technical roadmap decisions, vendor alliances, and cloud infrastructure investments.
• Scale the Insights & Analytics organization; mentor VP and Director-level leaders.
• Ensure data infrastructure powers all agency disciplines and drive inclusion.
