Omnicom Public Relations is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Director of Performance Measurement & Infrastructure to lead Methods+Mastery’s data, AI, and measurement roadmap. You will build and mentor an analytics team, shape multi-year strategy, and align governance across Fortune 50 client initiatives.

You will drive enterprise data architecture, AI governance, and scalable offerings while fostering a culture of learning, inclusion, and excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

14+ years of experience leading data infrastructure, analytics, or data engineering in senior agency or consulting roles.
Proven track record growing analytics practices, managing P&Ls, and scoping large enterprise engagements.
Ability to present complex AI/infrastructure concepts to C-level executives with clarity.
Deep familiarity with social listening tools and modern data stack ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead executive client growth and strategy for Fortune 50 accounts and marketing technology initiatives.
Architect the agency data, AI, and measurement roadmap and governance frameworks.
Develop scalable IP and offerings, guide pricing, and lead major proposals.
Direct analytics team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor partnerships.
