Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of procurement and vendor management experience in facilities maintenance.
• Understanding of vendor pricing, invoicing, and cost structures.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with case or ticket tracking tools and ERP/vendor management systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the intake point between Key Accounts and transactional partners for vendor service issues.
• Document, triage, and track issues from intake through resolution; escalate when needed.
• Manage vendor service cancellations and ensure records are complete.
• Collaborate with Operations Analyst to resolve cost variances and data quality issues.
• Coordinate with Key Accounts, Vendor Relations, Data Quality, and Accounting.
