Chestnut Hill College is seeking an accomplished enrollment leader to serve as Vice President of Enrollment Management & Communications. Reporting to the President, the role guides comprehensive enrollment and communications strategies across Undergraduate, Graduate, Transfer, Continuing and Professional Studies, and international programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; 10+ years in higher education enrollment leadership; proven experience with recruitment, admissions, and enrollment strategy.
• Experience with CRM, predictive analytics, digital recruitment, market research, and enrollment technology; strong budgeting and policy acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead comprehensive enrollment management and communications strategy aligned with the College’s mission and goals.
• Direct recruitment marketing, admissions strategy, and student success partnerships across diverse populations.
• Oversee financial aid oversight, data analytics, dashboards, and enrollment forecasting; manage operational budgets and ROI.
• Provide executive leadership, develop teams, and foster collaboration across academic and administrative units.
• Ensure enrollment practices are student-centered and compliant with College policies and values.
