J T in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Vice President of Development to lead all fundraising initiatives for a global Christian ministry. This executive role reports to the leadership team and oversees major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and philanthropic partnerships to sustain and expand ministry impact.

The ideal candidate will manage a development team, set revenue targets and budgets, and partner with programs and communications to tell compelling stories of God's work.

Qualificações

• Proven donor development expertise in major gifts, annual giving, and philanthropy.
• Experience designing and executing annual giving campaigns to grow donor base and recurring support.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource alignment with ministry priorities.
• Executive leadership experience in nonprofit or Christian ministry fundraising.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex partnerships.
• Alignment with Christian faith and mission of the ministry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute fundraising and donor engagement strategies across major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and partnerships.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors and strategic ministry partners.
• Lead development team and foster a Christ-centered, collaborative culture.
• Set revenue targets, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation.
• Collaborate with program, church planting, and communications teams to build compelling cases for support.
• Implement best practices in donor database management, analytics, and reporting.
• Represent the ministry at events and donor gatherings.
