Qualifications

• Proven track record in Planned Giving, Major Gifts, and Philanthropy.
• Design and implement annual giving campaigns to grow donor base.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource alignment.
• Leadership of cross-functional development teams.
• Senior nonprofit fundraising leadership experience.
• Commitment to Jesus Christ and biblical values.
• Excellent communication with diverse faith-based audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising and donor engagement strategies across major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and partnerships.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors and kingdom investors.
• Lead development team with a Christ-centered culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Set strategic revenue targets and manage departmental budgets.
• Collaborate with program, church planting, and communications teams to build compelling cases for support.
• Oversee donor database management, fundraising operations, analytics, and reporting to optimize initiatives.
• Represent the ministry at Christian events, conferences, and donor gatherings.
