Job summary

The Senior Vice President of Development at a global Christian ministry is a full‑time, executive leadership role in Plano, TX, overseeing all development and fundraising initiatives to sustain and expand our gospel work.

You will lead major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and strategic partnerships; manage a development team; set revenue targets and budgets; and ensure donor engagement aligns with our mission and kingdom vision.

Qualifications

Donor development expertise in Planned Giving and Major Gifts.
Annual giving campaigns: design and execution.
Budgeting, financial forecasting and resource alignment.
Project and team leadership in nonprofit fundraising.
Executive-level nonprofit fundraising leadership experience.
Faith-aligned with church-multiplication mission.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising strategies across major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors and partners.
Lead the development team and foster a Christ-centered culture of collaboration.
Set strategic revenue goals and manage department budgets.
Collaborate with programs and communications to tailor cases for support.
Oversee donor database, analytics, and fundraising operations.
Represent the ministry at events and donor gatherings.
