• Executive-level nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Strong alignment with Christian mission and values.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies across major gifts and annual giving.
• Oversee donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship.
• Lead development team and drive performance metrics.
• Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with program, communications, and church planting teams.
