Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in diagnostics, medtech, molecular diagnostics, or specialty laboratory testing.
• Experience scaling commercial organizations and growing recurring revenue.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement and market access.
• Experience leading high-performing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of EnteroTrack's commercial strategy.
• Build a disciplined commercial organization and sales process.
• Drive growth across new and existing customer accounts.
• Partner with leadership, billing, clinical, and reimbursement teams.
• Recruit, manage, and develop commercial personnel.
