Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a senior underwriting leader to guide a team handling Middle Market Property and Casualty accounts in Real Estate, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Healthcare.

You will mentor staff, drive profitable underwriting, and foster strong broker partnerships across the territory. The role emphasizes governance, pricing accuracy, and collaboration with distribution to attract and retain key accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires four-year college degree in Business, Economics or Legal.
• Ten years of underwriting experience in middle market or large commercial casualty UW.
