5W in the United States seeks a Senior Vice President of Influencer & Creator Strategy to scale the agency’s influencer practice, leading a senior team and shaping client strategies for multi‑million dollar portfolios from Texas to global brands.

You will own growth, build award‑winning creator programs, and drive measurable business impact with innovative partnerships, data‑driven insights, and cross‑practice collaboration.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, social media and integrated communications.
• Agency experience required with leadership of multi-client accounts.
• Proven ability to lead executive strategic work for Fortune 500 brands.
• Experience growing agency revenue through new business and offerings.
• Expertise across earned and paid creator partnerships and ambassador programs.
• Strong KPI measurement, analytics, and client storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive strategic vision and growth roadmap for the influencer and creator practice.
• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and measurement standards for influencer work.
• Represent the agency externally on panels, awards, and conferences.
• Lead large-scale influencer programs spanning earned and paid partnerships.
• Oversee talent strategy, negotiations, and creator relationships.
• Own revenue growth targets and new business development.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across levels.
• Ensure quality, timeliness and profitability across accounts.
