SECU is seeking a Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead enterprise IAM strategy, governance, and delivery. This role oversees identity lifecycle, access provisioning, non-human identities, AI agents, and compliance.

The leader will drive a modern, scalable IAM roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives while leveraging AI and automation to strengthen security. The role requires extensive experience in IAM technology, risk management, and executive

Qualifikationen

• 8 years direct IAM/cybersecurity experience with enterprise scope.
• Experience leading large-scale IAM programs, roadmaps, budgets, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, COBIT, FFIEC).

Aufgaben

• Provide enterprise IAM strategy, governance, and risk oversight.
• Define and execute IAM architecture, standards, and modernization roadmaps; oversee IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, with succession planning and mentorship.
• Establish service management, disaster recovery, and resilience practices for IAM.
• Develop AI-enabled identity capabilities and governance for AI agents and machine identities.
• Manage IAM budgets, staffing plans, and vendor partnerships.
