Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group, headquartered in Tampa, seeks an SVP of Operations to lead desalination and brackish water operations across the Americas. You will own P&L, drive performance, and shape the culture of a multinational platform with sites in the Caribbean, Panama, Peru, and the United States.

You will implement AI dashboards, Lean Six Sigma, and collaboration with engineering and finance to optimize reliability, water quality, and profitability while traveling regularly to field sites.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in water industry with P&L accountability.
• Experience running operations across multiple countries in a multinational setting.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational planning skills.
• Excellent communication across field crews to boardroom audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently and internationally; valid U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the operations strategy for desalination and brackish water assets across the portfolio.
• Own P&L, budgets, CapEx, and performance metrics; lead the operations organization.
• Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and corporate to align field execution with strategy.
• Implement AI-enabled dashboards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve reliability and uptime.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
