Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an SVP of Operations to lead all desalination and brackish water operations across the Americas and Caribbean. Based in Tampa with regular field travel, you will own operating performance, culture, and P&L for a multinational water infrastructure platform.

You will set the operations strategy, drive revenue and reliability, oversee the ops organization, and partner with engineering, finance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership with P&L accountability.
• Hands-on depth in seawater and brackish desalination, plus wastewater treatment.
• Experience running operations across multiple countries in a multinational organization.
• Ability to command a room from field crew to boardroom; cross-cultural communication.
• Professional English; Spanish fluency preferred.
• Strong executive communication, including board- and customer-facing presentations.
• Willingness to travel internationally; valid U.S. passport.
• Based in Tampa, FL or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive operations strategy for desalination assets; ensure contractual compliance, improve revenue, uptime and water quality.
• Lead the operations organization: people, budgets, CapEx, and culture; align with engineering, finance, legal, and corporate.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, field services, and EHS culture; implement AI dashboards and KPIs.
