Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Project, Process, and EI&C engineers who design water treatment plants, build, own and operate them. This hybrid role is based in Tampa with 10-20% travel domestically and internationally.

You will own the engineering schedule, drive early warnings, and coordinate checks across disciplines while mentoring engineers and shaping the capacity plan to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 8–12 years in project-execution or system-integration in water/wastewater preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering people management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering schedule across projects and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary checks among process, mechanical, and EI&C engineering.
• Lead capacity planning and balance internal staff with subcontractors.
• Mentor engineers and develop formal development plans.
