Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group in Tampa, FL, seeks an SVP, Operations to lead desalination and brackish water operations across the Americas and Caribbean. Based in Tampa, you will travel to field sites and own performance, culture, and P&L for a multinational water infrastructure platform.

You will drive the operations strategy, align with finance, legal and engineering, and establish AI dashboards and Lean Six Sigma practices to maximize reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with P&L accountability in water industry.
• Technical depth in seawater/brackish desalination and wastewater treatment.
• Experience leading operations across multiple countries in a multinational.
• Willingness to travel internationally and hold a US passport.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the operations strategy for every desalination and brackish asset.
• Own the operating performance, culture, and P&L across sites.
• Lead the operations organization: people, budgets, CapEx decisions, and culture.
• Implement AI-enabled dashboards and KPI tracking to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, and corporate on forecasting and permitting.
