Job summary

Seven Seas Water seeks a Maintenance & Reliability Leader to direct maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset management across our SWRO and desalination facilities in the Tampa area. This role reports to the General Manager and interfaces with the Senior Leadership Team, with up to 50% travel for multi-site support.

You will own the site's reliability strategy, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma or TPM, and ensure compliance with safety, permits, and documentation across

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of progressive maintenance and reliability experience in water treatment, desalination, or heavy industry.
• Hands-on SWRO/desalination system experience including high‑pressure pumps and membranes.
• Experience implementing or managing IFS ERP or SAP PM/Maximo for work management and asset tracking.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role on multi-discipline teams.
• Professional certification (PE, CRE, CMRP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and asset performance across SWRO systems and other facilities.
• Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance and Risk-Based Inspection programs.
• Set KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance) and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage spares strategy, budget forecasting, and capital planning with cross-functional teams.
