Job summary

State Street in New York seeks an Alpha Technology & Environment Delivery Lead to drive onboarding of strategic Alpha clients, bridging deal, implementation, product, engineering, and client stakeholders.

The role ensures Alpha solutions are executable, environments ready, dependencies managed, and delivery aligned to commitments. It combines deep product knowledge with governance and program leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of technology, implementation, or platform delivery experience.
• Experience supporting Alpha implementations, platform migrations, or large-scale onboarding programs.
• Knowledge of Investment Management Services, integration architecture, and testing methodologies.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic deal reviews, solution assessments, and implementation planning activities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, implementation assumptions, and technology dependencies.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Alpha implementation complexity, environment needs, integration requirements, and delivery risks.
