Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis for a prominent global property and casualty insurer. The role reports to the CFO/COO and will drive FP&A and strategic initiatives, shaping finance and operations for growth.

The executive will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management while mentoring staff across regions. A performance-based bonus and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience, ideally in property & casualty insurance.
• Strong financial analysis, GAAP principles, revenue recognition, and Oracle ERP knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.

Our client is a prominent global property and casualty insurance firm that is seeking a SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis that will work closely with the CFO and COO. This executive will be leading the FP&A and strategic business initiatives for the firm, driving all finance and operational processes and scaling it for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and risk management
• Implement initiatives to accelerate strategy-related finance and reporting processes.
• Provide mentorship and management of staff in various geographic regions domestically.
• Ensure that all reporting requirements meet the financial communication needs of investors, rating agencies, and other external parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or an adjacent field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably with property and casualty industry experience
• Strong financial analysis, revenue recognition, accounting, GAAP principles, and Oracle ERP knowledge
• Strong communication and proven leadership skills are a must.
