Qualifications

• Extensive eDiscovery experience, SME in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills; able to translate technical terms for non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership with 15+ years in executive-capacity roles; able to guide global teams.
• SQL/BigQuery programming or scripting experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to identify automation opportunities.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and ensure responsible use of data.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between Legal, eDiscovery, Technology, Business teams and vendors to ensure clear communication and delivery.
• Lead data preservation and collection requests, ensuring process adherence and compliance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team with leadership and collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence by leading projects, improving processes, and managing escalations.
• Produce executive-level reporting and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
