Deutsche Bank seeks a Technology Service Specialist for eDiscovery & Archiving Technology - Structured Data in Jacksonville. You will lead global eDiscovery operations, ensure compliant data preservation, and mentor a high-performing team.

In this VP role, you will partner with Legal, Compliance and Technology to translate complex technical challenges into actionable business outcomes, drive continuous improvements, and deliver executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership experience (essential).
• Extensive eDiscovery experience within corporate, law firm or professional services (essential).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence across stakeholders (essential).
• Detail oriented with analytical mindset; identify automation opportunities (essential).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between Legal, eDiscovery, Technology, Business teams and vendors.
• Lead and oversee data preservation and collection requests ensuring compliance and quality.
• Mentor and develop a global high-performing team across regions.
• Drive operations excellence; manage projects, escalations and process improvements.
• Produce executive-level reporting and data-driven decision support.
