Qualifications

• Moderate experience advising on eDiscovery at a law firm or in-house.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or registered in-house counsel.
• Excellent judgment and ability to advise on legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on eDiscovery legal requirements.
• Partner with TDI function on data collection for legal matters.
• Manage external eDiscovery vendors and contracts.
