Job summary

Citi is seeking a seasoned E-Trading Risk and Controls professional to join the NAM/LATAM region in New York. You will oversee RTM activities, lead market access reviews, and drive governance for E-Trading limits and controls across multiple asset classes.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology, acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating remediation of findings while shaping the E-Trading risk framework for a dynamic market structure.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise with Electronic Trading Risks, Controls and North American Market Structure.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience 10+ years in Business Risk & Controls, Compliance or Audit in Markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform Real-Time Monitoring (RTM) of electronic trading activities and investigate alerts.
• Lead market access reviews/attestation across asset classes and ensure governance.
• Design, maintain and governance of E-Trading tools and limits databases.
• Coordinate with Sales & Trading, Quant, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations.
• Own issue management and remediation tracking for ETRC initiatives.
