• 10+ years relevant work experience in business risk & controls, compliance or audit in a markets business.
• Deep knowledge of E-Trading regulation, guidance and best practices.
• Experience designing and managing centralized E-Trading tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time monitoring of algorithmic trading activities.
• Lead market-access reviews from a cross-asset perspective.
• Own the issue-management workstream for the team.
