Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations executive to lead a multi-site network supporting high-volume e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, and light manufacturing in Olive Branch, MS.

The VP will drive operational excellence, develop top teams, and execute strategies to improve customer service, productivity, and profitability. You will oversee complex distribution operations, lead continuous improvement, optimize network performance, and shape our growing supply chain while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership in ecommerce fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or related environments.
• 5+ years leading Directors, Senior Managers, General Managers across multi-site/multi-function operations.
• Experience leading large, multi-site operations through senior leadership teams.
• Strong background in e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, or omnichannel operations.
• Proven success improving operational performance, productivity, quality, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost targets across multiple facilities.
• Lead network planning, labor strategy, and operational execution.
• Drive Lean initiatives, process improvements, automation, and technology implementations.
• Own operating budgets, labor planning, and productivity improvements.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead capital projects and network optimization initiatives for growth.
