Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, maintaining safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and guidance to associates.
• Manage productivity, accuracy, and efficiency of the distribution staff.
• Meet all required metrics and set new standards as operations progress.
• Manage third-party relationships with the delivery provider and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop plans to meet KPI targets related to safety, service, cost, and inventory integrity.
• Maintain associate records including attendance and performance.
