Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Operations Manager in Olive Branch, MS, to lead a distribution team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive safety, quality, service, and cost metrics while coordinating with third-party delivery providers.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can train, guide, and motivate associates, oversee attendance and performance records, and ensure daily departmental goals are met with a People First approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or relevant environment.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Flexibility to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team with strong communication, inclusiveness and collaboration.
• Provide leadership, direction, training and guidance to associates.
• Manage productivity, accuracy and efficiency of the distribution staff.
• Meet all required metrics and set new standards as the operation progresses.
• Manage third party relationships with the delivery provider and all performance metrics.
• Develop plans to ensure KPIs related to safety, service, cost and inventory are met.
• Maintain associate records including attendance and performance.
• Hold self and others accountable in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
