Partner with Commercial Banking and Private Wealth, drive core retirement plan solutions, and ensure governance and operational excellence across Wisconsin with partner-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan services or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience: managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Portfolio management and financial planning knowledge.

Responsibilities
