Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan services or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams and client advisory engagements.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and fiduciary best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior relationship management for retirement plan clients.
• Guide plan sponsors with fiduciary guidance and design.
• Develop and coach a high-performing retirement planning team.
