Job summary

Elevance Health, Inc. is seeking a Staff Vice President, Digital Claims Operations to drive the digital transformation of claims processes within Health Benefits Operations. This executive will align strategy, people, process, and technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality across claims management.

The role leads AI, automation, analytics, and end-to-end delivery, partnering across Finance, Actuarial, and IT to advance Cost of Care and member/provider outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of claims operations management and digital transformation experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading AI, automation, analytics, and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital claims strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead the analytics domain for claims and support actuarial initiatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end digital claims operations and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Analytics, Technology, and Operations leaders.
