• Provide hands-on leadership for AI, automation, analytics, and digital capability pilots.
• Identify opportunities to simplify claims processes and improve decision quality.
• Lead claims analytics domain and support actuarial reserving and Cost of Care priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery from requirements through adoption and optimization.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk management across digital claims operations.
