BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Digital Assets Product Owner to join the Global Asset Servicing-Funds team in New York City or Boston, MA. You will lead the design and delivery of digital asset and tokenization capabilities for fund managers targeting retail and institutional investors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience required.
• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Client-facing experience; strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial-services experience, ideally within asset servicing (Funds)

Responsibilities

• Design product features for tokenized funds with clients.
• Lead multi-discipline agile teams; define epics, features, user stories.
• Track delivery, dependencies and risks across teams, platforms.
• Balance delivery, client commitments, production support, technical debt, resiliency.
• Lead planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations and retrospectives.
